Do you provide ordinary consumer courier services?
No. Sovereignty Logistics is designed for approved diplomatic, government, intergovernmental and related official requirements.
Do you transport diplomatic bags?
We may support authorised diplomatic-bag movements where the competent government authority or diplomatic mission has provided the necessary written appointment, documentation and instructions.
Does using Sovereignty Logistics automatically provide diplomatic protection?
No. Diplomatic status, privilege or protection can arise only through the relevant legal and governmental authority. Sovereignty Logistics does not independently create those protections.
Can we include sensitive information in the website contact form?
No. The public form is intended only for high-level service information. Sensitive, protectively marked or operationally detailed information must be exchanged through an approved secure channel.
How are detailed documents submitted?
Following organisation and contact verification, authorised users may be provided access to the secure client portal.
Can you support recurring routes?
Yes. Recurring arrangements can be assessed and structured with route-specific documentation, agreed service schedules and periodic review.
Can you coordinate with airports and airlines?
Yes, where required. Access, escort, airside and aircraft-side arrangements remain subject to the approval of the relevant airport, airline and authority.
What happens when travel is disrupted?
The response depends on the approved operating plan and client authority. Options may include notification, safe holding, alternative routing, return or rescheduling.
Can clients access your manuals?
Authorised clients may receive access to approved policy summaries, relevant controlled procedures or client-specific documents. Internal documents remain subject to access restrictions.
How do we request pricing?
Submit the service application with a high-level description of the requirement. Pricing is prepared after the service scope, route, timeframe and operational requirements have been assessed.
